How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, email us at audenhearing@gmail.com with your order number and we will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. You do not need to provide a reason for your return, though feedback is always welcome.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, items should be returned in the original packaging where possible. If you have tried the product and it is not right for you, we still accept the return — that is what the guarantee is for.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Return Shipping

For UK returns, we provide a prepaid Royal Mail returns label. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
