Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with Auden Hearing. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Auden Hearing is a UK-based online retailer selling over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids and related accessories. Contact: audenhearing@gmail.com.
2. Products
Our hearing aids are over-the-counter devices designed for adults with mild to moderate hearing loss. They do not require a prescription. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have concerns about significant hearing loss, we recommend consulting a qualified audiologist or GP.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 12-month warranty on all devices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auden Hearing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Auden Hearing and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
