We want you to be completely satisfied with your Auden hearing aids. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at audenhearing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please email us with photos of the fault so we can arrange this promptly.

Warranty

All Auden hearing aids come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the device's rated resistance, or normal wear and tear.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or used, unless the item is faulty. Consumable accessories (such as ear tips) cannot be returned once opened.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
